Terms & Conditions
Effective date: 14 September 2026
1.Introduction
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of LiveBoost, a social media marketing platform available at liveboost.online and its related web pages (together, the "Platform"). LiveBoost provides social media growth services such as followers, likes, views, comments and related engagement services.
Please read these Terms carefully before using the Platform. By creating an account, placing an order or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to be bound by them.
2.Acceptance of Terms
These Terms form a binding agreement between you and LiveBoost. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must stop using the Platform. If you are using the Platform on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time you use the Platform. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
3.Description of LiveBoost Services
LiveBoost lets you order social media marketing services ("Services") for social media accounts, pages, posts, channels or other content that you control or have the right to promote. Services include metrics such as followers, likes, views, comments, shares, saves, members and other forms of engagement across supported platforms.
Services are delivered through third-party supply systems. Delivery speed, start time and results vary by service, platform and the details you provide with your order. Each service page may show its own estimated start time, speed and limitations; those details form part of your order.
LiveBoost does not sell accounts, passwords or access credentials, and never asks for the password of any social media account.
4.Account Registration
To use account features such as the wallet, order history, referrals and reseller tools, you must register an account. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and to keep it up to date.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal capacity in your jurisdiction) to register an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity carried out under your account. If you believe someone has gained unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately.
One person or business may hold one customer account. Creating duplicate or fraudulent accounts may result in suspension.
5.Guest Orders
LiveBoost allows you to place and pay for orders without registering an account ("Guest Orders"). Guest orders require only the information necessary to process your order and payment, such as the social media link, the service and your payment details.
For guest orders, your M-Pesa confirmation message and the order number shown at checkout are your proof of purchase. LiveBoost may not be able to provide long-term order history for guest orders that are not linked to an account, so keep your order details safe.
6.User Responsibilities
When using the Platform, you agree that you will:
- use the Services only for content you own, control or are authorised to promote;
- provide accurate links, usernames and other order details required for delivery;
- not use the Services for content that is illegal, hateful, deceptive, sexually explicit, or that violates any platform rules or applicable law;
- not attempt to disrupt, overload or interfere with the Platform or its systems, including automated scraping or abuse of the ordering or payment flows;
- not resell or redistribute Services except through the officially supported reseller programme described in Section 17.
7.Ordering and Service Delivery
When you place an order, you are responsible for the accuracy of the link and options you select. Orders submitted with incorrect, private or restricted links may fail, and delivery delays caused by such errors are not the responsibility of LiveBoost.
An order is accepted once payment is confirmed (or the wallet balance is charged, if paying from your wallet). Delivery begins when the supplier system starts the service; estimated times shown on the Platform are estimates only, not guarantees.
Some services may require your account or content to be public during delivery. Removing content, changing your username, making your account private or restricting engagement during an active order may cause the order to fail.
8.Payments and Wallets
Payments are made through M-Pesa or other payment methods made available on the Platform, processed by a licensed third-party payment provider. LiveBoost does not store your M-Pesa PIN or payment credentials.
Registered users may hold a wallet balance ("Wallet") on the Platform. Wallet funds are prepaid credit used to pay for Services and are not a bank deposit, savings product or investment. Wallet balances do not earn interest.
Wallet funds can be withdrawn where withdrawal options are offered on the Platform, subject to any minimums, verification or processing requirements shown at the time of withdrawal. LiveBoost may require verification of your identity before processing a withdrawal.
9.Pricing and Price Changes
Prices for Services are shown on the Platform at the time you order and are charged in the currency displayed (typically Kenyan Shillings). The price applicable to your order is the price shown at checkout when your payment is confirmed.
We may change prices, add or remove services, or adjust quantity options at any time. Changes do not affect orders already paid for.
10.Refunds, Cancellations and Adjustments
Because most services begin processing automatically, orders generally cannot be cancelled once processing has started. However, we want you to get what you paid for, so:
- if a service was never delivered at all, we will refund it in full — to your wallet or, for guest orders, via the original payment method where possible;
- if a service was only partially delivered, we will credit or refund the undelivered portion;
- refill or correction guarantees apply only where the service page states them.
Refunds are not available for failures caused by incorrect order details, content removed or restricted during delivery, account privacy changes, platform-side removals of delivered engagement, or services that were delivered as described. Requests for refunds or adjustments should be raised through the Support page as soon as you notice a problem.
11.Service Completion / Delivery
An order is considered delivered when the purchased quantity has been added to the target content, or when the service's stated completion conditions have been met. Some services show progress in stages; partial progress shown in your order status reflects real-time supplier information.
Engagement delivered by third-party suppliers may naturally fluctuate over time (for example, accounts unfollowing or platforms removing engagement). Unless a refill guarantee is stated for the service, LiveBoost is not responsible for such natural decreases after delivery is complete.
12.Prohibited Use
You must not use the Platform to:
- order services for content that promotes violence, terrorism, child exploitation, illegal drugs, weapons, fraud, pyramid or investment scams, or any other unlawful activity;
- order services for accounts, pages or content you do not own, control or have permission to promote;
- impersonate LiveBoost or any other person or business;
- circumvent security, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with other users or the Platform's operations;
- use the Platform in violation of the terms of any third-party social media platform or of applicable law.
We may refuse, cancel or reverse any order that breaches this section, with or without a refund where the conduct was fraudulent.
13.Third-Party Social Media Platforms
LiveBoost is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any social media platform, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Telegram, X or others. Platform names and marks belong to their respective owners.
Every social media platform has its own terms and rules about engagement services. Ordering from LiveBoost may carry risks under those rules, including restrictions on your account or content. You accept those risks when ordering, and LiveBoost is not responsible for actions taken by any social media platform against your account or content.
14.Account Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform if you breach these Terms, misuse the Platform or its payment systems, engage in fraudulent or abusive behaviour, or where we are otherwise required to do so by law.
If your account is suspended for breach of these Terms, any wallet balance may be forfeited where the breach involved fraud, charge abuse or illegal activity. Otherwise, a legitimate remaining balance will be handled in accordance with Section 8.
You may stop using the Platform at any time. You may request deletion of your account through the Support page, subject to record-keeping obligations described in our Privacy Policy.
15.Referral Program
Registered users may invite others to LiveBoost using a referral link or code and may earn rewards when referred users make qualifying payments, as described on the Referrals page. Referral rewards are credited to your wallet unless stated otherwise.
Referral abuse — including self-referrals, fake accounts, bots or any manipulation of the referral system — will result in forfeiture of referral rewards and may lead to account suspension.
16.Memberships
Where the Platform offers optional memberships, subscription tiers or plans, the features, price and billing period are shown before you subscribe. Memberships renew automatically where stated, and you can manage or cancel a membership through your account before the next renewal date.
Unless required by law, membership fees for the current period are generally non-refundable once the period has started, even if you stop using some or all membership features.
17.Reseller Services
LiveBoost may offer a reseller programme that lets approved participants sell LiveBoost services to their own customers using reseller tools, pricing and storefront features. Participation is subject to the reseller terms shown during onboarding.
Resellers act as independent sellers to their own customers. Resellers are responsible for their own marketing, customer service and compliance with these Terms, and must not present themselves as LiveBoost itself. Reseller balances, commissions and payouts are governed by the reseller programme terms.
18.Intellectual Property
The Platform, its name, logo, design, text, graphics and code are the property of LiveBoost and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from the Platform's content without permission, except for normal personal use of the Platform.
You keep all rights in the content you promote through the Platform. You give LiveBoost only the limited technical permission needed to process your orders (for example, referencing your public link during delivery).
19.Privacy and Personal Information
We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please read it to understand what information we collect, how we use it and the choices you have.
20.Service Availability
We aim to keep the Platform available at all times, but availability is not guaranteed. The Platform may be unavailable for maintenance, updates, supplier outages, connectivity problems or events beyond our control. We are not liable for delays or interruptions caused by third-party suppliers, social media platforms, payment providers or internet infrastructure.
We may add, change or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time, subject to honouring orders already paid for.
21.Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LiveBoost and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, reputation or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Platform or an order is limited to the amount you actually paid for the specific order that gave rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
22.Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time by publishing an updated version on this page with a new effective date. Material changes may also be announced on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
23.Governing Law / Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Platform will first be raised with our support team so we can try to resolve it amicably; where that is not possible, the courts of Kenya have jurisdiction.
If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms continue in full force.
24.Contact / Support
Questions about these Terms, your orders, payments or your account can be raised through the LiveBoost Support page, where you can also chat with our team on WhatsApp and create a support ticket.
25.Effective Date
These Terms are effective as of 14 September 2026. Earlier versions, where applicable, are replaced from that date.
